Okay, here it is! Who's ready to dip their toes in the pool of possibility? Your brains are thirsting for relief from the pounding waves of STRESS. I've created an oasis just for us! It is the "Peaceful Warriors Virtual Meditation Classroom". A sanctuary for all of us to attend a meditation session once a month just to get our feet wet with the possibilities this holds for each of us. You won't know if it works for you until you push your inner boundaries a bit and give it a try. Remember, your brain was trained over and over again for stress, let's take a step in the other direction and train it for safety and calm. Isn't it funny how I can feel your anxiety when I say that? Safety and calm gives us a rush of feeling like that can't happen, it won't work.........."I CAN'T DO IT!" Remember that's just the other half of your nervous system playing drill instructor. Let the other side take charge for once....it's the only way for it to earn its' stripes. Now let's get meditating!
